Thank you visiting the Charm website. Please read below for information about the policies, terms and conditions that govern your use of the website.

The pictures of the products shown on the site are the most descriptive way of displaying the large range of goods available from Charm. There will be occasions when some items are out of stock, in which case those lines will be labelled “Out of Stock”. This may be due to a temporary break in the supply chain, so if you cannot find an alternative product on the site, then please check again later. Stock levels are constantly monitored, however on the rare occasion that we have been unable to update the site to reflect unavailable products, you will be contacted promptly. Your order will not become a contract of sale between you and Charm until your order has been successfully despatched, and a confirmation e-mail sent to you.

Many of the products are hand made from natural materials, and as such there may be slight variations in style and colour from those shown on the website. If you have any queries at all regarding your purchase, then please contact us, and we will do all that we can to ensure your total satisfaction. Please see the Returns Policy below for further details.

We will make every effort to despatch your order the next working day after your order is placed. If you live in the UK or Ireland, and have not received your order within 7 days of being placed, then please contact Charm by any of the means detailed above. If you are resident overseas, then please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

We have a single packing and delivery charge of £1.00 for all orders. All packing and delivery charges are automatically shown and added at the time your purchase is made. For added peace of mind, any purchases over £75.00 are sent by Special Delivery Next Day, with guaranteed next day delivery at no extra cost to the customer. Please note that orders sent by Special Delivery Next Day will require a signature upon receipt.

Charm is committed to maintaining customer privacy and maintaining the security of any personal data which we receive from you. The information on our database is not available for sale and use by third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. The information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying clients and partners of future updates to our products or services. We do not receive or store any credit card information. Cookies are used to track usage information on the Charm site. The log file that is generated is analysed determine how many visitors we serve, what pages they look at most, and from where they connect. The file does not contain personal information on the visitor, and no information is shared with anyone outside the Charm organisation.

All payments to Charm are made via PayPal, which uses state of the art measures to ensure credit card security. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PalPal computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides in encrypted form on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet. All this means that you can rest assured that everything possible is done to ensure the Charm website is safe and secure.

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy you’re your purchase. We therefore operate a satisfaction guaranteed, “No Fuss”, returns policy for items returned within 14 days of despatch. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within this 14 day period, then please contact Charm and you will be issued with a Returns Number. The unwanted goods should be in perfect condition and securely re-packed into the original packaging. Please send the package to the address above, with your name, address, telephone number and order number (if available) enclosed, and the Returns Number clearly written on the outside of the package. Charm will be happy to exchange or refund the cost of any goods returned in a perfect, unworn and undamaged condition. For your own peace of mind, Charm recommends that you obtain proof of postage and insurance as Charm cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. The postage cost of returning the goods is not reimbursed by Charm In compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations under no circumstances can we accept the return of earrings.

All goods will be checked for quality prior to despatch. However, in the unlikely event that you find your goods to be faulty within 30 days of despatch from Charm please contact us using the details above, and we will arrange for an exchange. By placing an order, you accept the terms above. Charm reserves the right to change any of the above terms at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
